Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
- Support audit activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Assist with financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA or CA Inter is a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for communication to deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
